Terms of Service (E-Commerce Rules) – https://perfumessence.eu email. in the shop.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4. The prices of the products listed in the E-Card. in the shop’s catalogue, is valid only for purchases made online. in the shop. II. CLIENT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7. The Customer may select and order any product(s) from the E-shop. the products in the shop’s catalogues.

13. The Customer undertakes not to disclose his/her registration and login data to any third party. III. EL. SHOP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
16. If false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information is provided at the time of registration or thereafter, or if the Customer fails to comply with any other obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Email address of the Customer shall be deemed to have been provided to the Customer. the Shop has the right to immediately cancel the registration and delete the Customer’s data or restrict the Customer’s right to use the E-shop. the services provided by the shop. 17. El. the shop reserves the right to:

17.1 Suspend or terminate the Customer’s registration and use of the E-Client’s E-Client account without prior notice. the services of the Shop if there is reason to believe that the Customer is engaging in unauthorised activity or otherwise attempting to damage the E-shop. to keep the shop running or stable;

17.2 In important circumstances, temporarily or permanently terminate the El. the operation of the shop without prior notice to the Customer.

18. El. the Shop undertakes to provide all facilities for the Customer to use the Email. the services provided by the shop.

19. El. in the event of unforeseen circumstances where the shop is unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Customer, the shop undertakes to offer the Customer an equivalent product. If the Customer refuses to accept a counterpart, the money paid shall be refunded within 3 (three) working days if the Customer has made a prepayment.

IV. PAYMENT FOR GOODS
20. The Customer may pay for the Goods by:

20.1. using the bank’s online banking systems;
20.2. credit and debit cards;
20.3. by advance bank transfer.

V. DELIVERY OF GOODS
21. El. the shop undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer after payment to the address specified in the Customer’s order in the territory of Lithuania and other EU countries:

21.1. In case of payment in accordance with Clauses 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 of the Terms and Conditions, the goods shall be delivered in Lithuania within 1 to 3 (one to three) working days from the receipt of confirmation from the bank. In other EU countries, goods are delivered within 5-14 (five to fourteen) working days of confirmation from the bank.

22. Goods will be delivered by El. an authorised representative of the shop. Once the Customer has signed the consignment note or collected it from the post offices of the authorised representatives, the consignment shall be deemed to have been duly handed over (delivered).

23. At the time of delivery, together with the Email. The Customer must have the goods inspected by an authorised representative of the shop to check the condition of the consignment. If the Customer notices any damage to the Consignment, the Customer must note it on the consignment note and draw up a free-form consignment damage report. Once the Customer has signed the consignment note without remarks, the consignment is deemed to have been handed over in good order. 24. Shipping costs Email. are not included in the price displayed in the shop and are indicated as provided for in point 4 of the Rules.

VI. RETURN OF GOODS
25. After more than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the return of goods.

26. When returning a faulty product, Email. the shop undertakes to accept the faulty product and, in the absence of any objection from the Customer, to replace it with an equivalent product. If the customer objects to the replacement of a faulty product with a quality product, the money paid for the faulty product will be refunded within 3 (three) working days from the date of return. In the event that it turns out that an E-Card is not available. the shop does not have a similar product, the Customer will be refunded the money paid for the product within 3 (three) working days from the moment of this discovery.

27. The returned product must be fully complete. The customer is responsible for the complete assembly of the goods. If the product is not complete, it is not accepted for return.

28. In cases where you notify your withdrawal from the contract of sale and purchase (page 26 of the Rules) within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the goods, it is necessary to submit a completed form of withdrawal from the distance contract of sale and purchase or the off-premises contract of sale and purchase(REMOTE-CONTACT-OR-OFF-POUSING-POUSING-POUSING-POUSING-POUSH-CONTRACTS-CONTRACT-WAIVER- FORM). Refused goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging should be intact, clean, properly prepared and packaged. 29. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement by notifying us by email. by email to sales@perfumessence.eu or in writing to Naujakurių g. 7, Marijampolė 68263 within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

30. In order to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement, you must notify your withdrawal in writing(DOWNLOAD-OR-NON-SALE-AGREEMENT-CONTRACT-Withdrawal-FORM) within the time limit specified in the Regulations to the contact addresses specified in Clause 29 of the Regulations. Confirmation of the withdrawal will be notified to the Customer’s email address. by post. 31. The Customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale if the goods have been damaged or if the appearance of the goods has been substantially altered; changes in the appearance of the packaging which were necessary for the inspection of the goods received shall not be considered to be a substantial change in the appearance of the goods.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
32. El. The Shop reserves the right to suspend, amend, modify these Terms and Conditions and other documents related to the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Amendments or changes to the Rules shall enter into force on the date of their publication, i.e. the date on which they are posted on the website. in the shop system.

33. If the Client does not agree with the new wording of the Terms and Conditions, amendments, modifications, the Client shall have the right to withdraw from them, provided that the right to use the e-Government Service shall be lost. shop services.

35. Any disagreements regarding the application of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement within 30 (thirty) days, any disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

36. A request/complaint regarding the use of the Email. goods bought in the shop can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (http://www.vvtat.lt).

37. These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
