Returning goods:

• Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (instructions, etc.) and gifts (if any). Goods will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund if: (a) have been consumed (opening the packaging, bottle, etc.); (b) have been damaged; (c) their usable characteristics have not been preserved; (d) has lost its marketable appearance; (e) the original labels have been removed.
• The Seller must be notified of the withdrawal by email. by email to pardavimai@perfumessence.eu or in writing to Naujakurių g. 7, Marijampolė 68263, Lithuania.
• The notification must be made within the prescribed time limit (fourteen calendar days).
• The product must be returned by sending it to Naujakurių g. 7, Marijampolė 68263, Lithuania. The buyer must submit an information letter with the returned goods (the Return of Goods Act), stating: the buyer’s name and bank account number and the name of the bank (optional: the reason for return). The account holder must be the same as the buyer. The sender (buyer) is responsible for all costs related to the shipment of the goods.
• The money will be refunded once it has been credited to the bank account specified by the customer. The money will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 (three) working days of the return of the goods.
• In addition to the above conditions, the return of goods shall be subject to the Terms of Service (VI. RETURN OF GOODS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
