How do I shop with a gift voucher?
Select the desired item(s) and click on the “Checkout” function, which can be found in the menu bar or by clicking on the basket image. Then in the “Checkout” section, next to the question “Do you have a discount code?” click on “Click here to enter your code” and enter the code on the gift voucher. Once you have entered the code, click on “Apply”. Then choose your delivery and payment methods (if your shopping basket exceeds the value of the gift voucher, you will have to pay the difference, if your shopping basket does not exceed the value of the gift voucher, you will not have to pay the difference) and click on “Checkout”. You can also use the gift voucher in the “Shopping basket” section in the menu bar.
Can I use the amount of the gift voucher multiple times?
No, the full amount must be used in one shopping trip – unused amounts are non-refundable.
Can I use more than one gift voucher at a time?
Yes, you can use as many gift vouchers as you have or want per purchase.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
The gift voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
